We are currently recruiting HGV Class Two Day Driver’s to work for a well-established steel company based in the Widnes area.
As part of the transportation team, you will be responsible for carrying out general haulage work and making deliveries to RCDs across the UK. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate which can lead to perm or temp ongoing.
Limited Drivers accepted for this role!
Hours & Pay:
- Monday – Friday Days PAYE £12 / Umbrella £14
- Saturdays PAYE £13 / Umbrella £14
- Sundays PAYE £14 / Umbrella £15
- Overtime After 8 hours PAYE £16.50 / Umbrella £18
- Start times after 0700.
- Immediate starts available.
Both PAYE, Umbrella and Limited Drivers welcome.
Duties
- Between 1 – 3 deliveries and/or collections per day, depending on the location and volume of products on each delivery.
- Some unloading depending on the delivery.
- Flat Bed Experience Preferred
Skills & Experience
- Class 2 Driving Licence
- CPC & Digi Card
- 2 years Class 2 experience and over the age of 24 for insurance
- No more than 9 points for minor endorsements
