We’re proud to share that Elite has been officially recognised as a Committed Business Partner under the ALP Good Practice Principles — a benchmark that reinforces our continued dedication to fair, ethical and responsible recruitment.
The Association of Labour Providers (ALP) developed the Good Practice Principles to raise standards across the recruitment industry — with a particular focus on transparency, compliance, and worker protection. Following a detailed self-assessment and a remote audit of our documentation, Elite met all the criteria required for the 2025 accreditation.
This isn’t just a badge. It’s proof of how we operate.
What It Means for Our Clients and Workers
Earning Committed status under the ALP GPP means:
- Every worker we place has their right to work validated and documented
- Contracts and terms are issued clearly, accurately, and on time
- Every workplace is subject to due diligence before placement
- Workers are supported to raise concerns safely and fairly
- All payments are accurate, transparent, and compliant — always PAYE, never umbrella traps
- There is zero tolerance for tax evasion or non-compliance, across our business and supply chain
In short: we don’t cut corners. Not for clients. Not for workers. Not for profit.
Why This Matters
In an industry where speed often trumps standards, Elite stands apart. Our clients trust us to deliver vetted, compliant staff — without exposing their business to unnecessary risk.
This accreditation is another layer of reassurance for our partners — proving that what we say in our pitch is backed up by how we work.
