WHEN WILL I GET PAID?
We pay weekly, in arrears, every Friday.
HOW DO I FIND MY PAYSLIPS?
Payslips are emailed to you each week, usually on Thursday.
HOW DO I CHANCE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

HOW DO I CHANGE MY BANK DETAILS?
Changes must be made in writing. Contact our office on 0151 420 1219.
We must receive your new bank details by Monday to ensure Friday payment into your new account.
WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO REGISTER?
- Right to Work documents: British passport or birth certificate + proof of National Insurance number
- If you’re not a British citizen: Settlement Status share code or valid Biometric Residence Card
ADDITIONAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- HGV Drivers: Full driving licence (correct category), CPC, Digi card
- FLT Drivers: Valid FLT licence for the role applied for
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?
HGV & FLT roles: Minimum 6 months’ experience (some roles may require more)
