Terberg Shunter – Monday to Friday (16:30 Start)
Location: Bootle
We’re recruiting for Terberg Shunter’s to join a busy logistics operation. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in shunting operations and offers consistent work Monday to Friday.
The Role
- Operating a Terberg Shunter to safely move trailers around the yard
- Ensuring trailers are positioned correctly for loading/unloading
- Completing pre-use vehicle checks and following all site safety procedures
- Working closely with yard and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations
Shifts & Pay
- Monday to Friday 1630
- Average Shift Length is 8 – 9 hours
- £16p/h PAYE or £17.93p/h PAYE including holiday pay
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with Terburg Shunting Experience
- If you haven’t got a HGV Class 1 Licence, you must have a Terburg Certificate and previous experience
- Good awareness of yard health & safety practices
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
