HGV Class 2 Drivers Wanted – Barnsley 🚛

We’re hiring experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our growing team in Barnsley. If you have at least 6 months of Class 2 driving experience, we can offer you regular shifts, competitive pay, and a modern fleet of vehicles.

🔥 What’s on Offer:

• Fixed shift pattern – Monday to Saturday (6-week rota)
• Expect to work 2-3 Saturdays in every 6-week cycle
• Start times between 05:00 – 08:00
• Full-time, permanent roles

💷 Pay Rates:

• £15.50 per hour – Basic
• £22.50 per hour – Overtime (after 45 hours)
• £20 weekly attendance bonus

🚚 The Role:

You’ll be responsible for delivering chilled and frozen products to retail stores across Yorkshire and the North West.
Your typical day will include:

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle with refrigerated trailers
• Making 3 to 8 store deliveries per shift
• Conducting daily vehicle checks
• Managing your driving hours and working safely

✅ What You’ll Need:

• HGV Class 2 Licence + CPC + Digi Card
• Minimum 6 months’ Class 2 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
• Multi-drop experience is a bonus, but not essential
